Return/Exchange Policy

For international orders, we do not accept returns and exchanges except for incorrect or faulty items. All sales are final.

Within Turkey, ADDAM accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of order delivery.

The return/exchange item must must be in its original condition – new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached.

Within Turkey, ADDAM accepts returns within 30 days of order delivery. The item must be in the condition as you received. You just can’t return anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 3 business days to your original payment method. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Terms

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return package and the item complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7-10 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. We’ll send you an email to let you know once we’ve processed your return with the details of any refunds. Please note returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

You will receive a refund for the original item, excluding the original cost of shipping. The original item must be in the condition as you received. You just can’t exchange anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Please note we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
